Hi,
This was yesterdays project, too impressive not to show off!! It is over 9 feet at the base, over 7 at chest height(before I dropped it).
Anyway, I have always purposely not chosen cottonwood to carve because I know, or at least think that it will deteriate fast, am I right?
As you can see I have alot to chose from, is it worth carving any of this for other than practice, or should I just haul it all to the burn pile?
Please help.
